Validate your model against ConsensusPathDB
Upload your model   >   Visualize mapped interaction network

You can upload your interaction network in BioPAX, PSI-MI or SBML file format and it will be mapped to information in ConsensusPathDB. You can see which of your interactions are present in ConsensusPathDB and you can edit your network by removing interactions or extending it with information from ConsensusPathDB. Please note that only networks from Human will be mapped to ConsensusPathDB data, as human is the only species currently present in the database.

BioPax Level 2 A Reactome pathway exported as BioPAX, e.g. Glycolysis

* For the correct mapping of physical entities and interactions from the SBML model to physical entities and interactions in ConsensusPathDB, it is important that external database identifiers (like Uniprot and ChEBI identifiers) are provided in the SBML file. Take a look at a BioModels SBML model to see how this is done there.
